For this website we really wanted to infuse the design with elements that evoke the feeling of standing in King O’Malley’s straight away.
Through timber finishes, cheeky images and that all-essential green, the site gives off that quaint Irish pub feel.
We were engaged by a local Canberra development company to design and develop a stylish and easy to use website to serve as a continuation of the established brand. The custom designed website was built in WordPress. We managed the hosting and migration.
The Oaks Ranch is a hotel located at Mossy Point on the south coast of NSW. For this project, the aim was to create a new identity in line with a new proposal and structure of the hotel. The identity had retro references and the colour red was used to refer to the magnificent sunset.
We developed a comprehensive brand strategy and identify, supporting brand guidelines and systems, signage and wayfinding, website design and content. We also applied the brand to stationery and uniforms.
Frankies at Forde was named after the shortest-serving Australian Prime Minister (from 6 to 13 July 1945). The logo was designed to have a vintage feel with the use of the iconic fedora.
The pre-launch campaign promoted Frankies serving 8 days, a pun referring to the term Frank served in office.
Signage and a website accompanied the logo design. We liaised with interior designers and signwriters to ensure retro brand implementation. The website was designed by Even Dots and developed in Joomla by 23 Creative.
Founded by Deborah Fulton in 2020, Empowered Collective (formerly known as The Community Studio Canberra) has grown to be a recognised service provider for people in the Canberra community. With energy and a passion for working with communities, the team thrives on implementing new projects and concepts that create sustainable and empowering change—especially for women.
The brand identity was designed to demonstrate the strength of this work. Strategic brand work also included business naming, brand guidelines and systems, web content and design.
